Product composition

This product belongs to acrylic acid and based on acrylic copolymers, self-binding water-based acrylic emulsion.

1、Good compatibility with cement, and good workability, compatibility, excellent dispersion, good anti-cracking effect, low water absorption, effectively improve the performance of cement mortar, cement mortar to improve the compression, flexural strength；

2、Good compatibility with ordinary silica sand, quartz sand, and excellent stability after mixing, emulsion mortar can be produced, the preparation of polymer cement mortar leveling, excellent construction performance, after construction hydration stability, good film-forming resistance to carbon dioxide diffusion resistance；

3、Strong adhesion to concrete, brick, metal, polystyrene board and other substrates；

4、The coating film has strong weather resistance, good resistance to aging and strong UV   resistance；

5、Suitable for all kinds of water purification pool, sewage lagoon, water treatment facilities, such as the pool of cement mortar rigid waterproof engineering.

6、This product is recommended to add a minimum amount of 5-8 % cementitious materials.   

Package and Storage 

1.The packaging of this product is plastic cask, net weight 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg. Tolerance of the mass ± 0.5 kg.

2.The product are non-flammable, non-toxic, belong to non-hazardous goods. When transporting, be careful, not to turn it over, avoid collisions and falls, avoid contact with water and moisture, and direct sunlight. Observe the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Transport.

3.Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated place. The temperature in the warehouse storage environment is important. It is not necessary to store products at temperatures close to zero, and during storage should be avoided high temperature. Direct sunlight on containers is not allowed. The optimum storage temperature is 5-35 ℃.

4.The product storage period 6 month. If it exceeds the storage period , after testing the indicators, the products can still be effectively used.
